With supplies of hand sanitizer running low across the country, the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has allowed distillers to shift production from spirits to ethanol-based hand sanitizers. One of the brands stepping up to help meet demand is Tito’s Vodka. On Sunday evening, Tito’s announced its intention to manufacture 24 tons of hand sanitizer, while also reminding Americans that its vodka should only be used for drinking.
